Cap transport

We make specialized conveyors for transporting caps and related items such as sprayers and inserts.


Incline conveyorsAn incline conveyor transports caps or other items from a buffer to the correct height, and without transition directly to the hopper.

Cap orientationWhen the caps are raised, the waterfall principle ensures that the caps are at the same time put in the correct orientation, and are directly led to the cap feeder.

Cap detectionCap detectors check whether the caps are in the correct position, and if necessary, whether they are provided with the required induction seal.
